Shipping Policy
To ensure that your shipment is delivered successfully and that you receive it within the advertised time limit, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and contains all essential and/or mandatory information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if relevant) must be used to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or erroneously delivered packages if the address information supplied at purchase needs to be corrected or completed.
SHIPPING
- Orders are fulfilled within two business days. On weekends and holidays, shipment and delivery are rare.
- Shipping could be delayed by a few days if we have many orders. Please allow extra days for transportation and delivery. If there is a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
- Occasionally, there may be delivery delays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that serves as a Shipment Confirmation (s).
CANCELLATION
You have the option to cancel any order for a product that is not ready to ship, but you must do so within the first 48 hours after placing the order. We will immediately begin fully reimbursing you for your purchase, and an email will be issued to confirm that the transaction has been completed. Please be aware that purchases marked "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled because the products are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the order. Thank you for being so understanding.
