Returns, Refunds, and Exchange
We are here to assist you in any way we can if you feel that the product you purchased needs to meet your expectations.
RETURNS
- Within the first 48 hours after placing your order, you can seek a return for the merchandise.
- Your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
- It is required that your item be returned in its original packaging.
- Your item must have either the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
- After receiving your item, we will examine it and let you know that we have done so and that your returned item has been successfully received.
- After inspecting the product, we will get back to you as soon as possible with an update on the progress of your refund.
- If your request to return an item is accepted, we will immediately begin crediting or debiting your payment method.
- It usually takes JustInStyle between 5-7 days to process a refund request.
